Hey.. im trying to lose some weight. Just wondering if there's someone who knows or might be using an effective weight loss diet. I need some serious tips. :) thanks.

Robert @deadblue12 im just glad that it was useful information to you. Keeping a healthy weight will make you happier and make you feel better physically and emotionally too because when you can fit into more things and not have to pay more it will boost yourself...

I have been a member of different writing sites like bubblews and now it's gone. Now at mylot, I have known and been a member for a long time ago and I just found out it now pays contributors again. I hope to catch up with this...

Bluedoll @deadblue12 Oh yes now I understand. This happens on blogging site as well. Comments are shallow for the real reason to comment is to drop their link. It is all about making a dollar. Indeed it is spam.
