quit smoking

Right now, I have five days, ten hours, without smoke, I fell like falling from a building, yet, I feel better than yesterday. I hope all the benefits of being without smoke comes very soon.

DemS23 Well, when i feel wierd and moody..i grab myself lots of foods...i just munch them all..until i can notice that ive eaten them all the way down..hehee. I agree with you that sometimes, we tend to do silly things just to make us laugh and happy... :D
