I am homeschooling my 4 yr old. Can anyone suggest me some good sites which has a proper curriculum for kindergartners???

I taught my son to use the right hand to write. He uses either the right or the left hand to do other things. But often he writes the mirror image of letters and numbers. Is it because he is actually left handed? How to find if he...

sunshine4 It all depends on the age of your child. It is very normal for them to write the letters and numbers backwards when they are first learning. I wouldn't push him using the right hand to write. He should be able to use which ever is more comfortable for him....

What is the ideal snack for a kindergartner

My kid will be going to kindergarten in another 2 months. Already im worrying a lot about what to pack for his snack during the interval. Any suggestions

sunshine4 I would suggest something that is easy for your child to eat without making a huge mess. How about fish crackers and a juice drink? I would also suggest things like cut up apple, raisins, gogurts, maybe even veggies and a little container of dip. Be creative...

My boy is 4 yrs old. He is interested a lot in computer and online games. I plan to gift him a playstation portable on his upcoming birthday. Will that be an ideal gift? Also, please share your thots about playstation portable.

jiffys_frog_woman my daughter is 4 she has a vtech smile game system i would perfer that over the playstation cause with vtech the games are educational i have never seen any educational games for playstation i would wait til my daughter is older before i would get her a game...

sizzle3000 I don't think there is an age requirement for fun and games. They have games out for all the systems that are for four year olds. My daughters first game was the game boy and now she has the gameboy advance. She likes the gameboy advance and at age sixteen...

Nykkee I don't think that there is any age limit of video game systems, maybe on which games you give him to play in it, because some of them can be really graphic and violent. I personally prefer Nintendo over PSP, I find the games easiers, I like the Mario games, I...
