What saddle do you prefer?

I'm not to fond of the English saddle, and like to use the western saddle a lot more. I like the extra horn to drape ropes over if I'm leading some other animal.

For those of you who do trapping, which do you prefer? Dead falls, snares or pits? I like snares because they are easy to set up and are very effective. I've had fewer escapees with snares.
