What do you do when you get hungry in the middle of the night?

Sometimes we eat our dinner too early around 6pm so we can all eat together, but I go to sleep at 12am-2am and at the middle of the night I get hungry but I really wanna get on with my sleep but I'm so hungry I can't sleep!!!...

dgutz3071 It seems like I have good eating habits during the day. I'm able to control what I eat all day up to when it's time to go to bed. I get so many cravings while I am watching tv. Sometimes I try to go right to sleep so that I won't watch tv and get this...

dgutz3071 I think if they are your friends and are a regular on mylot they should always come out with their considered views and some quality responses It is always considerate to add some sort of response if your friend starts a new discussion.
