dheemanth u are not the only victim! First let me tell u what will happen inside the floor. A agent would login to the system..as soon he is aviable the call would be routed to him. He has to answer the in the first ring itself.he nearly taks 100 calls a day...Trust me...

dheemanth ok in ur case lets consider this .... Think u have a call center in ur own country..Wont u spend on traning the employees?? i bet u have to... say u spend $1000.00 on 1 employee... if half of that money is saved by outsourcing..the company can make profit....

dheemanth ok..first we dont read anything from script! it may have happend to u that u may be angry over services ...so when u call them up for help..there are rules which we have to follow..Thats what we are told to do so.. u need to be patient and know what exactly...

dheemanth well we do also English. sometimes It does happen we dont understand u. And some callers pretend that they dont even understand! they ask is that English u talking man!!
