dierdre I read your post carefully and I googled RAF, ISM, and AI, so that's what those acronyms meant, lol. I haven't heard of any of those 3 sites yet, so maybe they are safe to invest in considering that lots of Filipinos are endorsing it.

dierdre I withdrew my Paypal funds already to my local bank account, too bad that they don't accept Paypal as payment, that would be more convenient. Can you give the link to those people that you transact with in Sulit? I'll compare their rates with PGX's rates....

dierdre I did not use exchangezone because I'm afraid to get scammed of $30, so instead I'm just currently posting in forums that pay via LR so that I can have some funds to invest in HYIP sites.

dierdre Yeah I agree, it would be costly if you withdraw thrice or more per year so I should just lessen my withdrawals.

dierdre Yeah it is, so the trick is to just lessen your withdrawals to once or twice per year only.

dierdre I tried to verify my Paypal account using my BDO account before, but it was unsuccessful. I don't know why, it's a savings account.

dierdre Yup I just made a transaction to Paypal to transfer my funds to my Smart Money account, and the charge is P250. There aren't many Unionbank branches here so I did not really try to apply for an EON card, but there's BDO and BPI near my place.
