I've heard buzz about a "grand exchange". Can someone tell me what it is exactly?

dirtmcgirt haha ya I'm beginning to love it because its easier to sell the goods that I smith and for more money then high alching them or selling to the store.

Hmmm, it says 0 people are playing Runescape... Is there something wrong with Jagex right now or is it just me? Please respond you have this problem also.
