How do you react to people who post hostile responses to your started discussion? do you diss them back or do you just let them talk nasty to you and ignore them?

Yes, I just quit my job after one day of training! I lost it, I was so nervous and so scared. I was training as a receptionist in a busy car dealership. Somehow I was having trouble keeping up with the wicked switchboard, 30 calls...
