How can I gain weight?

I'm in my early twenties and can't seem to gain weight no matter how hard I try. My metabolism is out of control! Any ideas?

dlin86 Have you thought about getting weight gaining supplements? Go to GNC and see what they have. My husband takes one, it's a shake. He gained 7 pounds last month.

dlin86 The best way to teach anything is to teach by example. If you are going to teach honesty, you will have to be completely honest with your child, your spouse, and anyone else that is around you and your child.
