Should I not eat for 24 hours?

I haven't made up my mind yet. It's 12.30am here and I can't decide if it should be the start of my fasting. Initially, I had 3 days in mind. Yes, I meant to fast for 3 consecutive days but I would drink plain water (no juice)....

SassyKittyKat I'm sorry but that's just not healthy at all. I think that's the lazy way to loose weight. Your body needs food to help it to function and fasting can lead to all sorts of eating disorders and personally, I think it's a bad idea and completely stupid, sorry!
