i have heard from my friend who is a teacher abt how this parent was sheltering his kid from punishment after cheating in the exams.. saying that it was the teachers fault for not being careful in the exam hall .. thus allowing...

i simply hate it.. the traffic is so slow and bad, everywhere is just so wet and messy and untidy... pants, jeans and shoes getting wet... so much trouble to carry an umbrella.. simply hate it...
