Referrals - Do you find it hard or easy to find them?

I ask this question because no matter what I do, I find it hard to gain referrals for the sites that I have joined. I have even joined sites such as getref & a referral forum but still to no avail. So at the moment, I am plodding...

kimutaku It's difficult for me to find refs. I don't know how and where I can find them. maybe I should have a clog first. and then? How can I improve my blog?
