sometimes i get sad for like no reason. is there a word for that i wonder. it's rlly annoying and it spoils my mood to do anything like ugh

Echo yes I have the same experience with you, when i feel sad for no reason, i do not want to talk with anyonw, and then i will listen to music with large volume
