Abs exercise do not burn those stomach fats

Its been crushing to know that doing sit ups won't burn those fats away..it just strengthens the abdominal muscles. Before, many advertisements talked and promotes their product on their ab crunching machine will melt all the fats...

egadaun hmm..yup i truly support your view on that..i love doing crunches and it really pays to do so. The optimum results by the way could only be achieved through proper diet,crunches and cardio resistence exercise. Just saying that there are so many articles saying...
