ejohn82 Its best way to avoid confrontation-ignoring. But the problem such people take it as a weakness hence continue to do what they are already doing.So the chances such people wont change unless there is a miracle

ejohn82 You can be frank with such people only if they are approachable. I feel such people try to be rude only to get a response from you, try to instigate you. Its best to ignore them
