Unlike most girls' weight problems, I'm more interested with putting some weight than losing them. I eat a lot. You'll be surprised at how much I could consume and yet I still maintain the same weight. Nothing more, nothing less....

ekt1609 I love the Tracy Anderson method its designed to exhaust your muscles and to tone them. They are one hour dvds, if you have a heart condition definatly check with your dr though mybe work with him to make sure you have a workout that is completley suited to...

ekt1609 I have tried a few recipes off their website and am trying to stick to it as much as I can. It is very healthy. Should be suitable for most people but would prob need to check with her doctor to see if suitable for your aunt. Check out their website...

ekt1609 Hi Metatronik, basically it is a diet which cuts out any processed foods; so only eating food which comes from the earth naturally. You should google it and check out their website - cant see why it wouldnt work really its just being healthier and taking in...
