elaine_sweet thanks...right now, im not taking anything that is fried....i only take those that are boiled, grilled....or raw...I am mpre of a whole wheat lover since I really cant take lots of leafy veggies...thanks for your response!! Have a nice day!!

Does this mean, you should stay away from eggs, daiy products??fish???and even buying out leather shoes, or bags, or belts...I dont know to what extent am i gonna be a vegan...
