I find it difficult to get very far in mylot without something else to distract me from the quiet noise in my head. I get running thoughts sometimes that wear me out. So, I listen to Pandora. I still have to hang it up and go...

kehziano yea, i do always listen to music when i feel so down,it somehow makes me feel better.
