How does one keep up the mental discipline to code? I'd like to raise my game and accept one of these $140,000 job offers that comes to my LinkedIn every other month... but I get bored so quickly and end up smoking weed instead....

Kimberly Forsythe @Emaren Right there with you. I'm trying to instill work ethic into my kids and help my teen figure out what she wants to do in life, and I'm sorta at a loss. Best I can do is teach her to try to stay one step ahead.
