emconnors The website screens people really well -- they won't give loans to just anybody asking for one. That's what makes it so cool, I think. Plus, I really haven't been able to find anything bad about it -- good reviews across the board.

emconnors Oh, if you're in the UK it might be different -- I only have experience with US peer-to-peer lending. Sorry what I said wasn't very helpful! But the courier thing, for sure, sounds like a pretty good idea.
