Have you gained weight since high school?

I've gotten so fat since high school! I've gained like 40 lbs.!! I need to change my eating habits and get off my fat butt and start exercising!! How much have you gained if any?! Please...make me feel better!

enzine I have the same story. I gained almost 80lbs after since my high schools. Primarily the diet but I also think sitting in front of the computer for most of the time and avoiding gym are the other factors. Anyways I started going gym again and I hope to looses...
