Erebea If you aren't completely obsessed with action shounen, I would recommend YuruYuri, Rou Kyu Bu, Usagi Drop, and Kamisama no Mamo-chou. There is also Beelzebub, which is an action/comedy, but mostly comedy. YuruYuri is basically an anime like K-ON, cute girls...
