ericahager2005 I agree about that -- its only money and you sometimes learn that lesson by not having it to spend, so you start appreciating the little splurges more. Hubby and I are both tightwads to a degree but we also give ourselves an allowance to spend as we see fit...

ericahager2005 I am frugal, by necessity I am generous when and where I can be but I also try to save for things I really want and shop around. I don't go out to eat much but I will always have friends over when I can.
