sometimes, to comfort a friend, we only need to lend an ear..sure, we are not lifting heavy objects, climb up buildings and do hard stuff like that..but, as our friend pours out emotions, we have no choice but to absorb...

esein13 I don't listen much but sometimes I have to. Elderly relatives talk to me the most. Well they talk. I usually listen but sometime it drags on for a long time and yes it get exhausting but it's nice to lend an ear.
