So if we get 8 hours of sleep everyday, why are we still tired mid-day. I get 7-8hours of sleep during the work week and i when i wake up for work, Im Still Tired!!!! I felt like I havent slept all night...Why do you think...

Have you noticed everyone has a cellphone, and its normally glued to the persons ear. Have you noticed that kids as young as 10 getting cellphones?? Do you think your could live wihtout your cell phone, for 1 week??? Just one week...
