Woodpigeon I eat more potatoes than butternut squash as potatoes are freely available here in Ireland, and squash less so. I think if you gathered 20 Irish folks not a whole lot of them would be able to even identify it.

Willowlady We grow both and so like them both. Eat a bit more potatoes in all they ways they can be made. The squash stores longer and can be relied on when the potatoes run out. Holidays are big for us with the squash. So we will take both potatoes and squash please.
