My computer makes alot of noise! Should I be worried?

If I run a program such as a virus scan I can really hear it churning away. If there is minimum use it quietly makes a small noise. Its not a hum, its kinda like a thick ticking sound. Sometimes faster sometimes slower. This is...

evrenl you have to clean the processor fan. then the noise will stop. IF it doesnt work then check your harddisk drive if it is loose or something
