f4ithful Yes i can relate to you especially hot weather in traffic jam. My favourite activity during rainy days is at home reading novels lying on my bed.

I just had my second blood transfusion

I have had anemia all my life. People always tell me to eat more leafy vegetables and red meat and that helps a little, but I have problems with heavy bleeding during my period. I also have stomach ulcers that bleed occasionally....

f4ithful I currently consume one brand of probiotics. Not sure if i am allowed to say it out in this forum. Afraid of being accused of advertising. I have to re-read forum guidelines. I am not affiliation at all to this company. i am just a consumer. It's Japanese...
