How do you deal with you anger? I just shut up for whole day...

My husband complains that I stop talking when I am angry . He thinks that it shuts the communication and he has no way to find out what I am angry about. How do you deal with your anger?

fangfangtwo i always do the samne like you when i get angry .when i have a bad mood,i do not say a word until i become better,some of my friends advised me not do that ,it will affect communication with others.but every coin has two sides,am i right?

today is my grandmother"s bithday. she is 77 years old. she is kind and optimistic.she always smile and never get anger.she can take care of herself well.she said she is a little girl.yes she is young ,she like flowers and sweets...

nowadays,the price of house raising so quicly.i feel so nevers,if i want to buy a 100 m2 it will cost about 1000 thousand,how terrible.what about u young friends?

fangfangtwo i am a girl,so i am not so worry about te house.the first important thing is to find a good boy friend,then we work hard togeter,i think there is nonthing difficulties.

i open a small by school myself.just because i like teaching and i like to talk with youngers.but there are a lot of problems.sometomes i want to quit,but it is my dream to have a school of my own .i am young ,there is a long way...

this national day is the last one in my college.so i spent the whole holiday with my faimly,i am afraid i will have littel time when i have a job.thoulgh it is a litte dull, i feel ok ,what about yours?
