Regular sugar, artificial sweetener or...?

When you cook and if the recipe calls for sugar, what do you normally use? Do you use regular sugar, turbinado sugar, artificial sweetener like Equal or something like Splenda?

farahi I am not particular about sugar. Normally use artificial sugar. To use equal or organic sugar is too costly. I am not health conscious, unless if I am having health problem

farahi I went to Lucerne , Italy . That was more than 15 years ago. I can't remember much. But I really enjoy my stay there.

Cooking with Tempeh?

I have tried a few times to cook with tempeh, and it never comes out quite a texture I like. Maybe I just need to keep eating it until I get used to it, as happened with tofu. Still, if anyone has some great recipes to share that...

farahi Tempeh contain high protein. You can fry, it is delicious. For Asian cooking , you can cook lemak , where normally we eat with lontong. You can try it
