Hello all, I'm curious to know as to why isn't paypal a payment option here. Is it because of the security measure?

Hey peeps, as ya all know, paypal has banned most sites especially PTC ones. Does anyone know any sites that pays via Paypal coz its the most convenient and safe way for International users. Thanks!
