fineexistence Do you have a hot water bag? Try applying heat to your back (make sure you do not scald yourself though!). That really helps to relief the pain a bit, especially if you have difficulty getting to sleep with the pain. There are some back stretching exercises...

fineexistence Sure, it will be great to share information. Do you trade the US markets? My recent favourite trade is RAS - bought the stock counter two days ago when it bottomed out at $6.60. It is now $7.90 and I expect it to hit $10 soon. :-)

fineexistence Indeed, I had loads of fun here as well. It is both enjoyable and sometimes enlightening to chat and discuss with fellow mylotters. Recently, I have even learnt to make more money from nothing! Amazing! :-)
