NTFS or FAT32 file sytem ??

Which one should i use for my windows system ? I have heard that FAT32 provides better performance but NTFS provides better security ? is it so ? any suggestions ?

firstcut If your still on, not only is NTFS faster but it is the only File system that supports recovery when a system fails due to log files and supports larger partions much better. But if you are running an older system like win2000,or win95 you will have to run...
