Denise Knight You are exactly right. I have family and friends, who there is no way I could afford to travel and see them. Through online and video chatting, we can stay in touch weekly, sometimes daily. I believe the internet is a gift.

Usually, I am a night owl but I adjust my sleeping habits because of an important thing. I just had my coffee and tuna in can for breakfast. Later I will eat corned beef with egg for lunch.

I usually sleep from 5 am to 1 pm. I am a night owl. When I am awake I am here in MyLot, play games, watch tv series, and read news for the stocks that I am observing. How about you?

Dominique Some people are night owls. I'm usually in bed by 9 pm and up around 5 or 6 o'clock. Sometimes I wake up or go to sleep a little earlier, but generally those are my sleeping habits.
