Do you binge eating

Do you have habit to binge on food before you go to bed? Or when watching TV, between meals or when cooking? What is the most likely food you binge on? I used to binge on cookies when chatting on my computer. Its not healthy....

FloridaLover I really do binge eat - and I'm not even hungry when I do it! It's like there is a little voice in my head that says "go on have it - stuff them all!!" by them I mean everyone else around me. It's like I am rebelling against them by controlling what I put in...
