Akasha always become a teror in a late game, but it so difficult to stop her becoming stronger. Have u any idea to counter akasha?

freezerburn QoP is indeed a very versatile int hero, she can harrass early game, can be devastating in late game with proper items...but she is not invurnerable, stuns and feedback can kill her. Akasha without mana is like an enlarged creep! Pick manaburners and drainers...

primecrimson There are plenty of heroes that can easily harass Akasha. You just need to find a good item that will completely make her useless in the game. Try using Guinsoo Vase Sycthe to hex her for a period of time. That will disable her from using her skills especially...

In 3v3 -ar mode, what are the first items you usually buy?

If 3v3 -ar you will usually have at least 1100++gold. My must haves are: RoB(except for Mortred), Chicken, tangos x6 and iron wood branches...how about your's noob?

Avichail I think a humble person can still maintain a spirit of competitiveness. It's the way he/she handles it that will be different from those who have less humility. The humble will fight with the same persistence yet they never think of themselves as much better...
