omkar1991 Whether it is a curse or a bliss depends on which perspective you are seeing it through. Technology is making humans lead a life of luxury. In that case, it can be considered as a boon. But at the same time, wrongful use of technology is as disastrous.

rainbow I go to my room with a warm drink and read a book or out into the garden to feed the birds or look after the plants. The best one for me is to go off alone with my dog, just for a walk till I calm down or if its dark for a drive in the car. Counting to 10...

mauier113 I go to my garden. I water them, I arrange the potted ones. I look into those flowering plants. It calms me. But I also listen to music ar just watch a movie. But if I'm really stressed out, I just lie in my bed all the time till I bounced back again.

Willowlady For Stress I tend to get busy and work it off, I guess the same for anger once I express it. A mixed drink while computing often helps me to unwind also. If I am still a bit wound up when I go to bed I can read my book til I can relax and go to sleep....

Willowlady Actually I think I read somewhere that she bites it off so that he can finish the job. Still bleak for the male mantis in my opinion. We had several preying mantises come into the house this summer a first for us. I have several houseplants by this window...

rainbow I think it's true, she probably does it to store the extravitamins and proteins she needs for her babies, or maybe male preying mantis are just really annoying and she bites his head off to stop him nagging.
