When Did God Create Heaven?

"In the beginning, God created the heavens & the earth." Was the 'Heaven' Christians dream-about one of those? If Heaven wasn't created by G*d, why would Christians want to go there?

Leo Holley The Bible speaks of three Heavens. One in which we breath air, one where the Birds fly and the third is the Universe.
