fumi_masaki thank you for making me earn! i do hope i helped you with the definition of the pasta! btw, you can also use penne pasta for making carbonara. It is also perfect for it, and add more cheese to the sauce.. it will also make the dish perfecto! :)

fumi_masaki carbonara is somewhat similar to alfredo fettucini. white sauce with bacon/ham/mushroom/tuna (you can use them separately)
