gauravsahni both of them are not good but yes drainking 1 peg of wine after dinner is good for health and good for people suffering from migraine. But smoking as such have no advantage..

gauravsahni I like boiled egg.. its good and i don't eat its yolk (yello w part) because it contains fat and it is weight gaining. So i eat only its white part, that contains protein.
