a new study shows that grapes skins can actually help prevent cellular damage to blood vessels caused by diabetes, I don't know about your but I am going out to get some grapes...

geesesh7 well can this be true for people who are not under any medication for diabetes. Is there any reliable data for this or is this just another gimmick and rumor to keep diabetics from become anxious ?????
