HELP! Why can't I register at e-gold?

I'm kinda new here and really excited to start discussion but haven't completed yet the registration at e-gold. When I tried to register at e-gold and filled all the form... then click the "open" button... It showed error butoon...

ggsalazar yes. i filled the form many times but it seems that e-gold isn't available for my computer... i don't know why... I also tried to read their FAQ but I didn't saw any answers relating to this problem... I hope someone could help us...
