giajan I have the SBD book and I follow the menus there but I kinda alternate some food that I dont eat to the ones that I enjoy eating.I cook and prepare my own food and still does cook separate food for my husband and daughters.The thing is they like my food...

giajan I lost 3 kilos in the first phase.I'm on my 2nd phase and I still enjoy the diet.I'm now used to not having rice,bread and pasta.
