Can an active/recovering heroin addict file a ss calim for disability under the ada and is addiction a disability?

girliegurl Per the ADA regulations you do not qualify as disabled. The only thing the ADA protects you from is being turned down for certian jobs based on past drug use.

in my top of my left arm , hurts when lift arm and wakes me in the night, had blood test said all ok help

girliegurl Have you tried streching right before bed? You may also want to increase your potassium and water intake. That often solve muscles problems.
