are we not as Better as them? or we just don't have tools hi-tech gadgets like what they have.... is that our fault? because we dont have lot of money to spend for hi tech gadgets we are NOT BETTER....some filipno wer working in...

1 emergency the emergency number is 112 if you dont have network try to dial 112and the mobile will search network for you 2you forgot your kets at home call someone at home using your mobile to their mobile ask the person...
