Do you lock or confine yourself in a room if you're depressed?

Well, I am depressed right now and I have locked myself in my room... I don't let people in and don't want to take calls either. I guess it is better for me to do so to avoid arguments and I wanna have some time to rest... im sick...

philjas Yes I definitely prefer to be alone when I'm depressed or upset about anything. The hard part is when you have people in your life who just don't understand that and try to get you to "talk about it", or they take it personally that you're shutting them out....
