Okay I know alot of you all probably heard it on the Tyra Banks show..but alot teens and adults go and buy their soda....then save their cup They then go to the same place, burger king, mc donalds, wherever they bought...

cream97 Hi, goldenapples951! Yes, I think that it is stealing. Because if they don't pay for a meal or drink in that given time then it is stealing. Now if they bought some food and a drink at that restaraunt, then they can refill their drink again....

cream97 And I wanted to add that it is stealing because once you leave the diner, that is it. If you want to come back again, they will need to pay again. Eating at a diner is like eating a buffet meal. You can get all of the refills on your drink that you payed for...
