avidwhit Dint let her take credit for your idea if it really makes a difference. Maybe you just let to let her know in a soft subtle way that your soft but not a fool. She best just watch it. You can always go and talk with the boss in private if need be??? Just dont...

ejiskolo I don't think he is trying to pay back on you. It just about a misunderstanding somewhere, It might be from you or from elsewhere but the best approach is to try to look inward to see if you doing something you normally don't do and try give him space but...
