grandebel One free cms for example is Zimplit, it has a oline editor and you can use whatever html or css template you wish. You can take a look at www.zimplit.org, and test the demo, there are manuals and choice of free templates too.

grandebel For smaller websites is perfect Zimplit, http://www.zimplit.org, it´s free and easy with online editor.
